I have my doubts about the hearing taking place on 5-9-2023 for the following reason. The case is before a Bench consisting of Justice Suryakant. He is currently part of the 5 judge Constituent Bench hearing the Article 370 issue. As per the schedule already announce by the CJI in the said hearing the Bench will hear the 370 matter upto 5-9-2023. In such an event Justice Suryakant's bench sitting on 5-9-2023 is almost unlikely
