Since there are many New Pensioners in our Organisation, all may not be aware of the background of the ongoing LIC Pensioners Court case in Supreme Court of India.
So, I thought I should prepare a short note on the same for educating our recently retired, joined members.
The following is the culmination of these thoughts.
