In case of non-network hospital every TPA will try to make temporary agreement with hospital for cashless approval. TPA networking team will speak to hospital concerned regarding agreement process. So, we request you to send us a cashless request though hospital & provide us hospital concerned number who is taking care of hospital empanelment in hospital.

Dear Shri Hareeshji,
Good Morning,
As per decision of General Insurance Council, cashless is available in non net work hospitals with immediate effect.
There is no such mention in the Group Mediclaim Policy for 2024-25 issued by NIAC.
What is the prescribed procedure to avIl cashless treatment from a non net work hospital, Park Hospital, Patiala in planned as well as emergency hospitalisation.
