OUR CAs in SC
Our Civil Appeals in the Supreme Court were listed at Sr No. 111 in Court no. 6 on 02/05/2024 before the bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy and Justice Satish Chandra Sharma.
The bench heard the cases up to item no. 105.
Our Advocate informed that the cases are kept on board which means that they will be appearing in the Cause List of 8th May 2024.
Today, for some technical reasons item nos. 101 and 102 (both having clusters cases) were not taken up so naturally those will also remain on board.
These cases may take more time so chances of our turn coming up for hearing will depend on the duration of hearings of these cases.
However, we may hope for the hearing to start on 8th May 2024 which may continue next day also.
More detail would be available after publishing the Cause List of 8/5/2024.
