On the request of Ambala pensioners, a grand meeting of the association was organized on the foundation day of LIC at Delhi Darbar Ambala Cantt. Karnal Pensioners Association President Mr. T.L. Chandla, I, Dalel Singh Duhan Secretary IT, Mr. Surendra Arora Secretary Coordination, Mr. Ramesh Chhabra along with Secretary Mr. Satish Kapoor attended the meeting.
On behalf of Team Ambala, Mr. S.S. Brar conducted the stage. In which Mr. Mukteshwar, Mr. Jagir Singh, Tilak Raj Malhotra, Mr. Lokesh Jaggi, Mr. Karnail Singh and Mr. S.K. Handa were honored. Mrs. Krishna Gupta shared her views and presided over the meeting. She was felicitated by the members present with a shawl.
Mr. B.B. Das, Mr. Naib Singh, Mr. Ajay Dutta, Mr. T.R. Malhotra, Mr. R.S. Virk, Mr. Vinod Walia shared their views on the need to resolve the problems related to pensioners. 32 comrades were present in the meeting. Apart from the Mandal Secretary, Randhawa Ji, Chhabra Ji and I, Dalel Singh Duhan Ji addressed them. Emphasis was laid on mutual harmony and exchange of positive thoughts. Shri Kushal Anand Ji, Convener of Ambala Sabha, Shri S.S. Brar, Shri Ramesh Kumar Dang and colleagues played a positive and commendable role in organizing the meeting. Shri Surendra Kumar Gupta Ji was made a member of the association.
In the discussion on the vote of thanks, the need for such events in future was expressed. The meeting ended in a happy and positive atmosphere.
