Half the world does not know how the other half lives.Should we not educate,is it not our duty to light candles,all the darkness in the world cannot put out the light of one small candle,we have to make others rise to the occasion ,contribute their mite & enlarge & enhance synergy. If nothing succeeds like Success, nothing is so damning as failure.We all pray we win finally in SC CAs hearing ,it must turn out to be an eventful day.

A stone thrown in a pond, ripple of  a concentric circle, enlarging & enlarging before it reaches the other shore.So too, here, an idea, a seed when in soil, sprouts, turns into a plant, then a tree, then a gigantic one,yielding what not, flowers,fruits,shade & shadow.

I was happy I had Administration, Personnel, Marketing, Training,ReOrganisational (OIC) Roles in different tiers of LIC.SDM with 5 Districts ,26 Branches is not an easy job ,but a TRAPEZE.To expand ,to succeed in full fervour OIC Experiment in all its facets & Yardsticks was challenging & demanding.& to create in quickest time Nellore out of Kadapa was mindboggling & thrilling.25 out of 30 indices ALL INDIA NO1 & Worthy Chairman Sri AS Gupta,then Honouring & Felicitating me at pristine Conference Hall of YOGAKSHEMA ,still green in my Memory !!   Experience is a great leveller, it chastens life, softens its crudities & infuses  soothing ,introspective inclinations.It was said of DR Johnson , there was nothing which he did not touch which he did not adorn.

   b) Look through  the Periscope.. It had opened my floodgates of emotions, past memories, our interactions, the bonding  we   created amongst a legion of personnel  of variegated cadres  & variety , in our own humble way..  A man can dignify a rank; no rank can dignify a man.We have to emulate this in words & deeds.So, Francis Bacon said, “every man is a debtor to his profession” . 

       When Mr GRamamurthy AO retd,87 years old, incorporates 12 /15  items of a kaleidoscopic variety every day at this age, embracing the whole gamut of life of human beings, Elders, Pensioners ,economic,political,monetary developments of our Country & the World, it is an arduous task to select, ,but when it is a commitment,one has to rise to the occasion, come what may.
