PATRON RBKISHORE MESSAGE to 12th ALL INDIA AIRIEF GCMeeting ,ASANSOL.

Endearing Friends,Comrades,Leaders & OfficeBearers of RIEAs & AIRIEF ,Delegates & Observers,

    1)It gives me great Pleasure & I consider it a Privilege to send my MESSAGE for the Success of the AIRIEF 12th General Council being hosted by our endearing ASANSOL RIEA,steered by their President Sri C.C.Ganguly, enabled by Working President Sri Asok Kr Sen & energetically promoted by Sri SCGhosh .Message to the eagerly-waited Souvenir is my honour to share few pertinent thoughts 

   2) That AIRIEF born on 5/12/1996 at Hyderabad has travelled 28 years ,celebrating its SILVER JUBILEE by 5Dec 2021&  continuing its Publicity & PublicRelations thro its LOGO - RELAX,RECAPTURE,REFLECT - PEACE,SERENITY & DIGNITY,& PRINCIPLES ,of,by & for the PENSIONERS ,IN SERVICE TO THOSE WHO ARE not IN SERVICE NOW. AIRIEF President  Sri Shanti Swarup Saxena,with his ebullient Team of Bhopal released yet another EMBLEM of FLAG Fluttering, with wonderful Design,in October 2018,signifying as though the Series of VICTORY MARCH,slowly but steadily, resolving many thorny Issues & Grievances of Regular & Family Pensioners with RIEAs marching FORWARD,ONWARD,UPWARD thro historic planning,Select Court cases Courageously planned by late Veteran SriKMLAsthana building sound EDIFICE of props & supports to promote Equity,Equality & Removal of Anamolies,Discrimination in any form ,considered the BUGLE of the SUPREME COURT,MOTTO being SATYA MEVA JAYATE.

     3) AIRIEF Tree nurtured the Saplings RIEAs growing from Few to Many, with Strength ,say, 2500,3500,5500, 7000,9000 ,10650 app 5 quinquenniums &3 years.

    CZ with thumping rise ,base 2021-22 data1176 to now,1839, 8 DOs, 653Jump Marathon,

    SZ 1180 to 1603( without  KZE 200),423,Soundleap,12DOs  

    NCZ  1094 to1468,374 jump,12 DOs,

    .From 8554/58 RIEAs in 2021-22 to 10650/ in 2023-24 ,Rise in Membership 2096 in 2 years+,1048 pa.  8 ZONES,98DOs, shrinks to 58 in 2021-22,with8554 Members, Expands to 10,650/11,000 striking for the 1st TIME 5-digit,Momentum & Acceleration noticeable & with ZO PIR Lists for ClassI Officers & Class 3 & 4 ,a Quantum leap is possible,added with full Devotion & Dedication with Timely Advance Approach,Honour New Retirees for Application Form & Enrolment & a nice Welcome & Birthday Greetings in English & Regional language.

   4) ALL deserve CONGRATULATIONS  MACRO. BUT, MICRO  touches ONLY 52! Few more may give Figures,but likely to be Small .

   CZ ,SZ ,NCZ,SCZ must be HONOURED in  GC.  But when SZ was leading over CZ,CZ  now takes  quantum leap like a Kangaroo to 1839,eclipsing SZ 1603 ,(without KZE,of course.)

     LESSON : WITHOUT Pensioners List with Full details, of Class I Officers(DESK1,ZO) & Also List of Class 3 & 4 also from ZO PIR (DESK 3),AIRIEF will be chasing a Mirage,& battling with same problem of Small ENROLMENTS from 5th of the same Month of Retirement to boost .

Even assuming only 60% will be available for RIEAs. Add ,Enrol Class 2 DOs,Sum Total can be boosted.

     5)Creativity in this BASIC crucial PLANK is VISIBLE ,when we find, SZ List shows 175 YLY Class I Officers DETAILS,Name, SR No ,address, MNo,email id,DOR, Enterprising Leaders can MAXIMISE  with some EXTRA degree of committed efforts ,surely.60% is105 pa Enrolment with focussed Task Force.FURTHER, List of Class 3 & 4 March 2024-March 2025 ,is a Staggering 380 & 60 % is 228.Enough provision of 40 % for other Fedns.In all, 105 + 228  ie 333 pa PLUS Dev Officers ,with All India more than 76,000 pensioners, 51,000 RP +25,000 FPs,a long leeway to explore & enrol, who legitimately should join AIRIEF only for its GLORIOUS PAST,STEADY,SYSTEMATIC CIRCULARS,FUP,  own Website airiefvision.wordpress.com already crossing 8,00,000 hitsin 9 years,app 7500per month,the  HISTORIC BREAKTHROUGH LIC Board Resolution 492 dt 24/11/2001,affirming fitment of Basic Pension at CPI 600,1148,1740 toocovering 3 wage charters 1/1/1986,1/8/1992 & 1/8/1997 with Mergers of DR at Same rate as for Employees 11.25% then,successively, the never-to -forget HC Victories for KMLAsthanas WP 6676/1998 for DR & 654/2007  for Pension Upgradation in Rajasthan Jaipur HC, 1/2010, a Brave  New World created for ALL Pensioners followed by  Victories in  Punjab & Haryana,Chandigarh HC(2012) & Delhi HC(2013)ordering payment with interest for considerable delay & also in rem to  all pensioners in similar position elsewhere   & indeed a SPARKLING FUTURE for the Patient,Consistent,Quality work & steady liaison with our Ebullient Sr Counsel for the ensuing Final DDay December,2024,around 11th for final Topup submissions .Latest Supreme Court Verdict ordering Pension Revision with every wage revision & to pay arrears wef 1/11/1993 to 2019 ,as earlier was ordered only from 2019 & now full Denied period legitmately being allowed with Retrospective effect for NABARD Subsidiaries RRBs Regional Rural Banks.

      7)I have pleasure to offer this MESSAGE to our sacred  12th GCMeeting,Asansol  for a Brilliant Success,with new Aroma & Fragrance .Modernisation of equipment is necessary but more important is Modernisation of Mindsets.Fedns must act with friendliness & cooperation & not with competition or cross-purposes ,to bring SYNERGY without any depletion. LET FORM,INFORM,REFORM, TRANSFORM & PERFORM witness new Buoyancy,new Discovery of Elders,Sr & Super-SrCitizens hidden potential & remove grievances & add lustre & glory to their lives,
