.   1)First of all,it is puzzling,how from the Original List sent by CO Personnel Dept, these 13 names were omitted,when other cases seemed to have been settled as per formula of CO on the basis of Kerala HC judgement. 

    ii) We may humbly point out that ALL INDIA LIST of Pensioners retired between 1/8/1992 to 31/3/1993,just 8  months, was a total of app 350, very small numbers.

   iii)Strange ,for Kerala Divisions,TDM,EKLM,Kottayam ,Thrissur,total 18 cases,Settled cases reasonably talli…

Dear Sir,

Please direct Asst Sy PC, Smt DJyostna to whom I had sent my own Clearcut List of such 13 omitted by ZO & immediately, without any further delay, as other cases were dealt with in June/July 2024

    I myself know many among these 13, by Quality comparison with CO Macro list & our SZ list, could have been sorted & formula prescribed adopted to pay them the arrears due. Many are above age 89.They would have & ZO/DO concerned would have then & there earlier , secured Nomination Form containing NOMINEE & Alternate Nominee as well.

       Kindly ask ASST Secretary to speed up & give me the full info to enable we RIEA Chennai to satisfy queries & get info of payment of arrears atlast.

       Your immediate action & settlement to these omitted Chennai Officers shall create empathy & appreciation, which must be indeed OS DEPT MOTTO for demonstrating Efficiency &Effectiveness

  Earlier too, on 2 January 2025 , I sent a detailed communication with my Email to MD Sri  SatPalBhanoo.I had good talk with him covering many aspects of grievances  of pensioners.I also fup with yet another talk with EDPer,Sri A Sarkar.

                                As per the trailing mail , we wish to inform you that out of 13 pensioners ( the list containing the name,DOR,Land line number of the pensioners) the arrears as per KHC was settled to

Sri.Kandavel Kumara Swamy by Coimbatore Division.     

We searched  the names of the other 12 pensioners and  their names were not found in the pension data (live records).
