Most of you would be aware of aforesaid portal. However, for information of the pensioner friends who would have not seen or used the portal, I am sharing some information so that it can be used by all of us. The note is based on my understanding of the relevant rules and systems in place. If any inconsistency/inaccuracy is observed, the same may kindly be corrected. In case of any doubt or ambiguity, Pension Cell of the Divisional Office may kindly be approached.  IT -SD of LIC of India has designed and developed the Retired Employees Portal and uploaded in its Website which contains useful information about the retired employees/pensioners. 

The following information is given in the portal:

Profile: Name, Address, Date of Birth, Date of Retirement, Retirement Cadre, Number of Qualifying Years of Service, etc. are provided under this head.

Circulars/ Forms: Important forms and Circulars related to Mediclaim, ex-gratia payment, pensionary benefit payment, etc.

Yogakshema: LIC's magazine for last several months.

Jeevan Saakshya: For submitting Existence Certificate.

Mediclaim: Full details of the retired Employee's/ Pensioner's Mediclaim cover.

Pension Details: Pension Slips for the past several months and earning records showing month wise payment of Basic Pension, Dearness Relief, deductions towards Mediclaim premium, Income Tax, etc. and details of other payments, if any.

Nomination: Name, Relationship and Date of Birth of Nominee.

Contact Us: Division wise details of contact person like Name, Designation, Mobile Number, Landline Number, email ID.      

How to access your portal:  Please visit LIC's official website <licindia.in> . Scroll downward and go the last part where various links are provided. Click 'Retired Employees Portal'. If you are already a registered user, you can log in with S.R. No., Registered Mobile Number and secret PIN set at the time of Registration. Entering of captcha will complete the process of log in. If your log-in credentials match with those entered at the time of Registration your above-mentioned information will be accessible to you for viewing.

If not registered, you will see a pop-up advising you to register. Click it. You will see a window asking for SR Number and Mobile Number (This will be the Registered Mobile Number). You will get OTP. Write OTP in the window. Write Captcha. Submit. Another window will appear prompting you to set six digit secret PIN. Set six digit secret PIN. Rewrite the same in the next window to confirm. Your portal details as mentioned above should be accessible. 

You may check the details given there in and if any correction or amendment is needed you may contact / approach the designated person of the Divisional Office providing correct data/information.
