The reasoning/logic underlying the MP HC judgement is very much present in STAGNATION INCREMENT AND WAGE REVISION also.
Therefore my request to the pensioners' associations is that they should take up these two issues with LIC.
Of course LIC will not budge. Then we may take the issue to the court.
