Dear Sir,     

1)Right from 4th June 2025, I am trying to contact  2 new MDs who took charge on Monday 2nd. 1st of all, getting Mumbai is very difficult. Somehow ,after new types of scam, Digital arrest too many,telephone authorities message not crisp or clear in Hindi,then English,then another  nightmare, not picking up, try later.Wonderful wandering,waiting,when is the million dollar question.

2) I desired to congratulate them on their elevation & present few select pensioners issues & grievances ,pleading to intervene & resolve ,as many pensioners have died & are dying . 

I have talked many times earlier to Sri SatPal Bhanoo & Sri RDoraiswamy but as both appeared for CEO & MD interview, I decided to wait till good news comes.

3)PAs to Sri Dinesh Pant & Sri RatnakarPatnaik , I could get after persistent fup.1st time ,they informed that MDs are in a meeting.Evenings again ,when I persisted they told they have not returned to chamber yet.

Next day I tried,MD Sri Dinesh Pant PA conveyed he had left for tour & only Monday they can connect  . I requested them to positively help me ,by contacting me,since they said my MNo is noted & no problem.

4)Monday  9th , I felt weak,I  could not contact,and suddenly during lunch , I developed nausea,asked Mrs Kishore to urgently place a stool, in trice of a second, I  rushed to bathroom, copious vomiting & streams gushing,gasping ,she holding my head,one gets weak in no time .I have abdominal problems too apart from other disabilities many know,Reverse Oesiphegotis & earlier Senior,reputed Gastroenterirtis Specialists advised Endoscopy I have been postponing unfortunately,carrying on with pills & Gaviscon Syrup on alternate days .

5) I summoned courage & tried PAs to MD & told them it is unfair that one does not get little time to talk to MDs after 4 days hectic fup. Sir yesterday it was all felicitations to  Sri SatPal Bhanoo, Current-in-charge for 3 months.I said fine,give me connection to MDs,Alas, they have gone on tour !I requested PA if they know Sri SatPal Bahnoo is in office ,so that I can speak to him. She said he has also gone on tour. She gave me PA LL No .He is pragmatic, as in Sep 2024,when I spoke to him to please help Family Pensioners to join Group Medical Claim Scheme,in view of Entire October 2024 being available & All India FPs will derive benefit ,I impressed I have the Lists given by Officers ZO,DO I & DO 2 Chennai,he told me he will talk to ED Per & EDOS & they will also speak to me,I was delighted.Lo,the phone came in quick succession from  them,earlier for other problems of pensioners,I used to talk to them too,.Circular from CO issued Next day ,which I fup at Chennai & Officers here could make better progress  .NEVER has it happened before .    

6) SO, the Saga of Sacrifice & updation of info continues till next Monday, as they announced .
