I got the attached response to my request for an analysis of our Pension Anomaly Chart as at 28/2/2025 .
Incidentally the analysis also included a reference to RBI upgradation and I pointed out the prospective nature of the upgradation and leaving out deceased pensioners of arrears upto the date of death.
Chat GPT analysis will help us to pre-empt any attempt on the part of LIC to make the benefits prospective if SC gives us relief.
We need to discuss these points with our counsel on these points.
