*Appeal for further Legal Fund......*
You must have gone through the circular dt. 20.9.25 of our GS in which he gave the details of proceedings in the SC.
Now we have reached to a point where we have to wholeheartedly support our case. Uptill now we have donated towards Legal Fund so that we could reach to this point engaging able and knowledgeable Senior Advocate. As mentioned by GS we may require 3-4 hearing more. Which means another 44 lacs. Our fund position is known to you. I therefore felt that I should share my thoughts to you.
September is the month in which we used to get DA rise but this time we didn't get any increased amount. However, luckily Pensioners aged 71 and above got 100% subsidy in mediclaim premium because of which we got nearly 1500/= and more in our pension.
Next month we will get 6 month's premium back, means another 9,000/=. Looking to the need of the hour let's donate minimum 3 month's mediclaim premium to our respective units for onward transfer to AIRIEF.
The members below 71 yrs may also decide on these lines and donate liberally to clinch the victory.

He perhaps doubts AIRIEF has to spend 44 lakhs apart from already spent. So he is asking for accounts of AIRIEF/Affiliated RiEA etc.,I t does not auger well for a person like him to question without asking why AIIPA having 4 crores as legal fund spent nothing for legal process and not seeking answers from Anti-worker/Anti- Promotion/Anti- Pension/Upgradation organizations which lost TU rights and no willingness to restore it just being propagator of failed ideology. Having suffered for 38+ years with Starvation cum stagnation wages with cumulative meagre pension for 29+ years less than those retired 10 years back cumulatively and do not want pension arrears which can't be spent due to old age to my kin as per my egalitarian ideology of unearned income to one is crucial for the society of inequality for the past 10000 years. I hand over my little pension to my son who looks after me well. Others may be like/ not like me but no right to abuse dissenters in the other blog just because they have 85% majority following greedy Capitalism but preaching pseudo secularism/socialism which was inserted by an autocratic ruler for selfishness in our constitution but rejected the same by Great BR Ambedkar in Constitution Assembly. For the love of Late KMLA for his courage to stand against powers and the desire for his posthumous victory this is written and nothing less/more. Others can have their own conclusions.

He casually told that the biggest donation was Rs.11000. I said my ego was defeated. Compare the value of 1996 to this day. The present call is meagre. Hope it is met. AIRIEF started with a donation of one lakh from its parent organization became a Giant in legal process with minuscule members enlightened against conditioned 85% strong.
