*Re: Civil Appeal No.3465/2024 in Supreme Court.*
The matter came up before the bench headed by Hon'ble Justices JK Maheswari and Vijay Bishnoy at 02.30 pm. Our Senior Counsel, Shri.Sanjay Hegde, AOR Adv Rambabu and legal advisor Dr Ravishankar represented us. LIC's Senior Counsel Shri. Ranjithkumar was present.
The bench wanted to hear the matter continuously and hence suggested to take up the case on 8th & 9th October. LIC's Counsel pleaded inability to be present on these days and requested for adjournment to 15th.
The Court indicated that they desire not to prolong the case. Suggested petitioners to complete their arguments on 8th October so that respondents could reply on 9th.
After hearing all the parties, finally, the Court ordered to list the matter on 8th & 9th October, 2025 for final hearing.
