The ongoing case will continue for some more time after lunch and then order will be dictated which would take minimum of 25 minutes. Our Sr Counsel wanted to make his submission today and so requested the bench to allow him 10 minutes.
The Bench expressed to hear case in entirety and in continuation and not in piece meal. Hence, it is decided to hear the case tomorrow after lunch.
This is a good decision if the bench says they will not hear in piecemeal. Try to take out positive inference .Our adv requested to allow him to complete his arguments, but the bench apprehended that submission would not be completed and tomorrow there would be misc casess from 10:30 am and so with a view to hear in full and to avoid hearing in piecemeal, it is fixed at 2 pm tomorrow and to conclude until the bench rises.

Please inform the following facts to the Legal Team to be included in the final pleadings of Nidesh Gupta at 2 PM on 25.9.25 if not mentioned earlier. It will take just a minute. GOI sold 3.5 % shares of LIC for Rs 21000 crores ie., 6000 crores more than 12% return PA cumulatively for 69 years on the investment of just Rs 5 crores in 1956. SO GOI got windfall profit of 7 to 15 lakh crores being value of 96.5% shares+ dividends earned for 69 rears+ Brand value of One lakh crore depending on the methods chosen by GOI which should reimburse shortfall if any to pension fund as per Actuarial report if any with them. It is to rebut any powerful argument AG on inabilities of LIC/GOI Thanks
