In SC, Wed and Thursday are reserved for Miscellaneous and Regular cases. Today, there were 22 Misc cases after which Regular cases from 101 to 119 were to be taken. Case no 119 was a carried over Case. After hearing of Misc cases were over, they took Case no.119 which was not complete today and this case will be heard on next Wednesday as it was 4 PM and bench rose after day's hearing.
Today's *leftover cases* which were not heard today, will be taken first tomorrow in Regular case category. Our case is renumbered as 121 but will be heard before case number 101 of tomorrow's cause list of Regular case categary as soon as Misc cases are over. There are 12 Misc. cases for tomorrow.

Long time back SC Bench which was to rise at 4.30 PM asked Nidesh Gupta to argue for 30 minutes. In reply he told that he at least wanted 2 hours to convince. Other 4 counsels as Nidesh was representing late KMLA also had not stepped in to argue for 30 minutes and if the bench is satisfied extend the time as there is a precedent SC benches to sit till midnight and even Sundays. Condemned LIC retirees who once boasted that they were ready to sacrifice their lives to establish "Paradise on Earth " now became Mice ready to be eaten by Cats. Nidesh and other 4 counsels are not going to get hours as SC bench had not asked any counsel for one hour and continue if satisfied .It is a signal for the so called respect of Seniors and super Seniors. GOI is not going to yield Pension Upgradation for decades though decades already passed. Only way is to compel GOI to reimburse shortfall in Pension Fund as per so called actuarial report from windfall profit of 15 lakh crores from LIC to disburse arrears of unpaid low wages during Service as pension a criteria accepted by SC in many cases. It seems no one is prepared to bell the cat for political reasons. Let us all cringe before SC like before non existing God which punishes everyone to prevail inequality for 10000 years as believed by 99% population.
Hats off this Bench for allowing Nidesh gupta to argue more than 3 hours after decades compared to Misra Bench SC and Single Bench(Retired CJI )at Delhi HC when both have failed us with unreasonable judgments, Just one wish to point out that Windfall profit of GOI from LIC will be a strong point on 24.9.25 as it is not known that is incorporated in 3 page note given on the eve of Hearings. Hope the veteran Nidesh Gupta who was not successful in getting benefits to working class will prove his mettle this time whether other counsels match him or not. Even if GOI/LIC thwart this would be positive for working class by appealing 3/5 member Bench as it once happened to TN.temp.employees at a 3 member Bench Workers will die having done their best like Freedom Fighters died without seeing 15.8,47.
