One presumes that is why the Bench asked for lot of voluminous records along with it which gives astonishnent how LIC/GOI combine evaded this SC Bench without giving the same but sucessfully hide from Misra Bench/DHC single Bench who later elevated to CJI. Petititioners coud not reveal the plot by simply everone beating wornout bush of overthrowing Rajasthan HC and other HCs. Misra Bench openly told other HCs gave judgments based on JAIPUR without independent investigation and wrongly remanded to DHC. Both have destroyed the decent lives of Retirees for decades one should shudder to imagine.
