So long as Hindu gods and their priests invented "Caste by birth" three thousand years ago ie ., evenbefore Buddha"s birtn when vedic age degenerated and continuing this day, Youth of higher caste can treat elder of lower caste and abuse there is no redumption of elderly Indians perhaps except a minuscule lucky. Two monolithic religions with their own version of two different gods were invented 2000/1400 years ago with a following of a billion each enslaved the followers of Hindu pagan gods for 1200 years which are said to rule from Afghanistan to Cambodia to Indonesia for 1200 years because of this unique scheme utmost selfishness. It is not possible to eradicate this mentality as people are conditioned to enforce it for thousands of years. Everyday we are fed by media about murders due to Inter caste marriages by elders who lost their respects and decent treatments even by their own kin leave alone general public die in penury except a lucky few. What a pitiable state of India now of 5000 years of ancient cuture! when compared to this, how the pensioners of financial sector are treated by In-service /Employers/GOI in the manner of Hindu Caste hierarchy in material things leave alone sprituality and a new caste is created every 5 years which is said to be normal. As some one said "If someone 's viewpoint is factually or logically untenable, others should definitely point it out. A person's knowledge or stature is immaterial."
