Dear Members
Our advocate, who argued our case passionately for three and half hours, will be submitting his written arguments to the court on the 27th of this month.
Further, the GOI and LIC advocates are also  expected to file their replies on the 29th and 30th.
We now need to make the next payment to our advocate.
From our Madurai Division, we have already contributed generously,
I sincerely thank each and every one of you who has stood with us and supported this noble cause.
However, a few of my dear friends asked me:
> "Why should only we contribute? There are many other divisions that haven't paid — why do Angurajan   asking us again and again?"l
Because of such questions, I have refrained from making any appeal for contributions until now.
But today, another friend said something that truly moved me. His words touched my heart:
> "You continue asking; those who have a generous heart will definitely come forward to give.
Hence, I am humbly sharing this message today. If possible, please send your contribution before the 26th, either to Mr. Panneerselvam or directly to our Association account.
Those who feel burdened or uncomfortable with this request — please, there is no compulsion at all. Let those who wish to find self-satisfaction in joining this crucial moment come forward willingly.
With warm regards and heartful thanks,
B. Angurajan
President, RIEA Madurai

I wish good luck to Angurajan. Can't you send a line of reply to my E -mail?
Glad to inform that ban on "Your Voice, Post a Comment, and No Comments " had been removed in true tradition of AILICEF, the parent body of AIRIEF which was compelled to split United AIIEA for not allowing internal democracy of opposing the ideology of our National enemy CHINA in 1974 after fighting for 12 years inside with minuscule numbers. TRUTH is important than money and numbers. Anti-Democracy attitude still prevails among majority of Retirees of LIC due to fear.
No political party which won GOI by democratic means was dare enough to bring like sec 48 of LIC Act 1981 against Bank-men of PSBs and RBI knowing well that whole Indian economy will go to dogs if they do. Some say it cannot be declared illegal and one can use remedies under ID Act 1947.But majority In- service and EX are satisfied and feel no need of TU rights and passive resistance like RBI as DFS cleverly started a tradition of extending benefits first to PSBs and then to LIC to avoid confrontation if any. Being virulent anti-Modi they want to bring Indi-alliance for pension up gradation and arrears as if they achieved the same under UPA regimes whom they supported for a decade. In the circumstances who will guide whom when both want status-quo like Hindu Caste hierarchy though outwardly declaring caste should be annihilated
