Thanks for "SARVOTHAMUDU" for his one sentence remarks about the merits of arguments instead of all other things decided in earlier cases on which our own leaders were carping on for decades. Perhaps tne Bench understood better than all our stawarts and torpedoed the judgements of Misra Bench/ Former CJI then at DHC both annihilated the decent lives of Retired as against Greedy In-Service and those retired during the past decades by not standing against their mentors. No doubt all litigants betrayed those retired from 1.9.56 onwards for which Karma punished sufficiently by not allowing them to enjoy when they were in hale and healthy.But one have to wait for the better result soon!
