One still doesn't know whether 3 page note/arguments last montth/8.10.25/9.10.25 by Sr Counsels by all will convice 2 member bench rebutting the Sr counsel of LIC and perhaps by AG for GOI by stating wornout monetary inability and not the denial of rights under article 14, 21and etc., SC benches usually don't go through voluminous records submitted by litigants for the formality sake only as they have no physical time as happened at MISRA/DHCsingleformer CJI bench.That is the reason for the partial victory of TN.temp.emp at pro-worker Gopala Gowda bench and major failure at 3 member bench SC after 2 decades to the detriment of poor compensation of Rs.50000 per year of service over absorption by LIC to the detriment of working class which can happen only in LIC and not anywhere else either Prrivate/PSUs.KARMA is overseeing the actions of workers.
