A lacuna seems to have entered in the order. The names RK Singh of AIRIEF and Tom Joseph of heis to KMLA apear as Advocates for Respondents.Perhaps it may be typo error or someone can confim on this. Everything is academical which may not be liked by some. Let us hope the Bench study diligently a lot on submissions of 27.2.25 along with 2 voluminous records to be submitted by LIC/ GOI. and for the positive result.
