The writer of virulent anti-Modi article which made their "Chat Column" in "Silent Mode" somersaulted perhaps to compensate has written one attacking Congress Haryana Govt now. Once he boasted that 4 congress state govts will emerge in the last series of state elections and NPS/ UPS will be replaced by OPS to spite GOI. Nothing of this sort happened. No doubt "Your voice" is also not read/written by even one member of 85% strong rival unit more than a decade to my knowledge due to fear as well as its nonaccess ability at the fag end of right side instead of at top. It is written in the hope at least one reader wants enlightenment on various subjects none is a waste.
