Just dust off problems and move on with LIFE🐜
Teacher wrote on the board :
36x + yx, 2/3yx + 3x (66y + 12x).b =0
and turned to the class and said: "Solve the problem."
A boy picked the duster, cleaned the entire board and said: "Problem solved"
Many of our problems require such solutions.
Just dust them off and move on with life.
Never allow anyone to steal your happiness!🙂

Sir,
I am not aware of how many recipients of your mail responded
to its contents and in what manner.I shall like to share my ideas
with you and shall love to be corrected if the line of my thinking
is wrong.
The process of granting increasing pensions to the ageing
Central/State govt. retirees has been in existence for a long
time.We mentioned it in our writ filed in Chandigarh H C in
2010 and requested for the same for the LIC retirees.
Our present legal status is
1-The LIC cannot give any financial relief to its pensioners
without the Central Govt. amending the pension rules. And,
2-The LIC retirees can not be treated at par with the Govt
retirees in the matter of payment of theretiral benefits.
Our main demand in the Supreme Court is to be treated
at par with the Govt employees as our pension rules are framed
by the central govt and these are similar to the central civil
services pension rules.
Getting all set to fight the case vigorously in the Supreme Court
against the LIC/Govt combine and then requesting them
simultaneously for small mercies appear contradictory exercises.
It won't pay.
Yes.It is election time. And the BJP can feel the earth under its
feet shaky as compared to the last time.It is the best time for
the leadership of the BJP backed trade unions of employees
and the retirees to alert their political bosses to retrieve the
loosing grounds.I am sure the bankers are going to be more
aggressive in their agitations in the coming weeks. The Govt
may feel compelled to take some favourable decisions before
the elections are announced.
And,we get on with our meeting on the 2nd Feb.and then the
Supreme Court after 11th Feb.
With regards,
S N Chhabra

This Sankranti Special = Mahabharat of Bank Retirees - Sanjaya Vidura Samvadam
Teeka & Tatparyam for this on Republic Day
If one pays the present medical insurance premium, the family should starve for at least three months.Even if one do not pay the premium, the family should suffer for want of medical aid during these last days.In both the cases it is suicidal for retirees who cannot afford to pay the present medical insurance premium. What a great achievement of UFBU !!! What a vision of retiree organisations !!!No retiree is responsible for the Bank's present tight position riddled with losses and huge NPAs.Even the Bank could not come to the rescue of poor retirees who served the institution for more than three decades.Friends, Pray God for good health. From: Venkata Rathnam Jonnalagadda <rathnamj@hotmail.com> on Tue, 16 Oct 2018 10:51:54 To: You & 327 others | See Details ***Mr. Vara PrasadGood morning.Gone through your email very carefully and venture and wish to state that:The IBA Health insurance was started in the year with Rs7000 premium then increased to Rs. 30,000 last year year by year. This is mainly because of claim ratio beyond 200%. This is availed by our retirees only. Don't you agree.? If the claim ratio was not that much the premium would have been less.Ok. Now we analyse the issues in order of priority Mr. Prasad.1. Health of senior citizens is the responsibility of the Govt. For central & State govt. they have free schemes. Why not we?2. IBA health insurance is for bank staff but not for working staff and retirees separately. If so why dived? If taken as a single lot the claim ratio would not have been so high.3. Govt. Introduced this measure as a welfare measure. As retirees are we not eligible funds from welfare. Earlier a section of retirees got Benicia from welfare funds. Who is responsible for this today. Is it not every body duty to raise to occasion instead of showing fingers .4. Retiree organisation gave calls to demonstrate for the cause. How many of us participated and shown strength. We sat at home watching TV and reading newspaper. Divided ourselves with one pretext or other. Is it not correct?5. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOT THIS SITUATION. IT IS WE. WE HAVE NEVER SEEN WHAT WAS GIVEN TO US WHILE WORKING BY OUR LEADERS. TODAY WHEN IT PINCHES WE BLAME THEM. WHILE WORKING WE WORKED FOR PAT ON OUR SHOULDERS FROM MANAGEMENT AND TODAY BLAMING THE SAME MANAGEMENT. WHO IS AT WRONG. LOOK AT AS COMMUNITY NOT AS INDIVIDUAL.5. Give suggestions instead of finding fault as we are also reason for today's situation. Join the community in raising to occasion. You have caliber to lead,, lead. With regardsJV Rathnam

RETIREES BHOGI MANTALU / CAMP FIRE
👍✌💪 👆 BHOGI Special - As they, the participants/co-agitators called it THE MOST SPIRITED /INSPIRATING, / EXCITING SPEECH heard after long time - for us reminding like that of COMRADES MVB (SRI Meesala Satyanarayna ) & Murali once upon a time - this by Mr. SN SAHOO of SBI @ Vizag Demonstrations 👋👏🤝
As some parts of speech in Telugu, the main message of COMRADE SAHOO is on three points : 1. Pension is not a bounty. Come out of that illusion. 2. Dont feel, as rtirees we can do nothing. 40/50 years back, bank officers are branded as contract labour, they cant negotiate & whatever given has to be taken by them (pillai committee) But time and history has proved that they can be called to negotiating table and should only do for anything for them only after negotiating and signing with them 3. Is there any reason that OUR RETIREE ISSUES to be discussed by negotiating with others (apprently UFBU) and sign terms for us. No, they (Govt & IBA) should talk with us (BANK RETIEES) only to settle our issues ....we should strive to get that day come👋👏👍
Retirees Bhogi Mantalu. Com.SN SAHOO also led vehement demonstrations, unfortunately that nerve chilling and mind boggling gestures video missed, and he provoked, when the demonstrations at low pitch, to cry bigger and bigger at high pitch so that the same must be heard by Modi at Delhi 👋👋👋 BHOGI/Makara Sankranti/ Suggi Habba / Uzhavar Tirunal / Makara Chaula / Uttarayan / Maghi / Magh Bihu / Thai Pongal / Shishur Sankaraat GREETINGS TO ALL OF YOU -
