DECEMBER ,2014 to RMOS,Sri K.Rajivan Nair, to request LIC CHAIRMAN,
MDs to implement Hon HCs & SC verdict & orders on pension upgradation
& Full DR to pre-8/1997 pensioners
There was then a useful dialogue on few pressing issues of pensioners
like TPA Idcards for Cashless facility to be hastened, more illness &
operations coverage under Cashless as NI is prepared & open,pathetic
condition of Regular Pensioners /Family Pensioners not completing
Nomination Form to take care of title& so request to RMOS to takeup
such cases after due segregation & inform concerned to avoid future
legal complications, the much-admired PENSIONERS HAND BOOK to be
popularised amongst other SZ Divisions too for which ZOOS can take
initiative & few other issues.
There was lively participation amongst ZOOS Officials too.We expressed
happiness that now mediclaim cheques are being received quicker more
so ,last stage after Discharge Voucher getting signed, immediate
credit to Pensioners SB Ac specified is done.We also wanted DO I
response & efficiency to be stepped up
We were glad RMOS also gave instructions to Coimbatore & Tirunelveli
Divns to ensure Pension amount is positively credited on 1st working
day every month .We profusely thank one & all for the good gesture &
hope & pray that LIC Top Management processes the
Memorandum,understands the anguish & feelings of all pensioners &
press MOF/UOI to implement SC Bench after Final hearing without
further delay as 13 years have gone & more than 13,000 pensioners have
died in this interrugnum/
