Mr TRM Rao informs that this was stated in the petition filed in 1998 by Mr Asthana and also in the petition filed in 2007.
When
both the petitions have been allowed by Jaipur HC Bench, it
automatically implies that the DR anomaly has to be set right right
from 1/11/1993.
