has informed that unserved notices have been received back in
respect of respondent Nos. 4, 6 to 8 & 10 due to wrong addresses
and counsel for the appellant has not furnished the fresh
addresses of unserved respondents despite this Registry's letter
dated 24.09.2014. High Court has further informed the respondent
NO. 16 has expired but no application for substitution has been
filed so far.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. R. P. Goyal, Advocate for
respondent No. 1 has on 29.08.2014 filed applications for
direction to implement the judgment dated 12.01.2010 alongwith
application for dismissal of C.A. Nos. 89598960/2013 being
infructuous. Applications are registered as I.A. Nos. 912 &
1314. ( Copies of the applications are placed with appeal paper
books.
Service is incomplete upon respondent Nos. 4, 6 to 8, 10 &
16.

It is submitted that there are two common respondents in
the matter. Both are served with AD cards but no one has entered
appearance so far.
