Dear All, 

Mr Ashok Panigrahi, LIC Counsel, submitted a letter to the Registrar Supreme Court, seeking adjournment of the hearing our cases by two weeks on the ground of his medical emergency. The letter is circulated to all the Counsel of Respondents (Pensioners).

It appears since the request is from the Advocate on Record (AOR) it will be accepted by the Court.
