Dear Retirees,
Supreme
Court had already dismissed the SLP of Andhra Bank against the order
passed by Divisional Bench of AP High Court directing Andhra Bank to pay
pension to Mr. Sriram Murthy & Mr. Y shivaji.
As
these 2 CRS also filed contempt petition in AP High court & Andhra
Bank to restrict the liability of pension payment to only petitioner,
filed review petition & released pension to only 2 CRS petitioner
employees & that to subject to outcome of Review Petition.
The
Review petition was on Board on 21/01/2015 & reliably understood
that Review Petion filed by ANDHRA BANK is " TOO DISMISSED".
Hope Now Andhra Bank releases pension to other 5 CRS employees & also IBA issues directives to Bank in the matter.
Needless to state that All UFBU constituents will take up the matter with IBA.
