We had a half an hour meeting and on my enquiry Mr KML said, we were going to see his Sr Advocate. We all came out and I was invited to sit in another car (of Mr Santosh Singh who came for the meeting from Meerut, along with Mr Garg). After a couple of minutes, I noticed Mr Asthana drove away in his car and I was told by Mr DD Gupta that KML asked him to tell us to wait here (Saidham). I immediately called KML,and asked him what happened, he said he is rushing to the Advocate because the latter was in a hurry and that I may wait for about an hour when he comes back. I told him there is no point in my waiting for his return, I am leaving and we meet in Supreme Court tomorrow.That is Mr Asthana's way of working. I am disappointed but not surprised.
During the brief discussion we had before he left, he mentioned his proposed line of opposing the Appeal - like questioning the condonation of delay etc., (not safe to disclose the others he is going to raise). On his enquiry in the very beginning on what is the gist of my discussions with Mr Jay Savla, I explained briefly and said it helps if there could be a meeting between the counsel. There was no specific response to it.
Now we wait for the list in about an hour or less.

PS: KML was against my sending any report to the blogs. I asked what is wrong? He countered what is the benefit of telling that we met? I told him,OK, I will not send any report without your consent. We will decide after the meeting with the Advocate.
Now that I was kept out of the agreed visit to the Advocate, I feel not obliged to keep the developments under wraps. Hence this Post.
