UNWANTED HARASSED BY ANUSKHA INDANE NERUL

This is to inform you that I got LPG connection in May 2013 at that time of delivery Dealer said it was mandatory to buy a gas stove with the new connection, without burner stove no connection will be provided, the stove burner provided by the dealer was damaged and faulty, I tried to complain several times but they were not ready to entertain my complain, when I mailed my complain to senior authorities they exchanged the burner immediately.

After some time a  new was rule implemented by Govt. of India that either mandate AADHAR CARD or Bank account details with cancelled cheque

I submitted update online and got Form through mail which was already submitted to the dealer Anuska Indane on 24/01/2015, (Acknowledgement attached herewith) and it is already updated on my online user id. Previously I got several SMS in Marathi for updation of same which i am unable to follow  because I don’t know marathi

I also booked online GAS connection on 24/01/2015 which is cancelled by the dealer, for which I didn’t get any SMS or call for the reason of the cancellation; it may be best known to the dealer. I just want to know why I was not given sms for the cancellation

Today, I called the manager on their mobile no. 9821358970 he stated that I will collect the form, from their Agency and submit to my Bank; it is totally false and fabricated statement  my bank account is updated in your system my family lives in Navi Mumbai, I lives in out of India.

I have submitted form in my own handwriting and have updated my address, but still my building name is wrongly entered and Anuska Indane employees’ use every time unsocial language

Please let me know Anuska Indane can provide GAS connection on online booking or not, can also let me only AADHAR card holder is eligible to Indane Gas or non Aadhar card person are also eligible???????

Dealer manager either not respond the call even international call or busy various time, if any incident happing due to non delivery of cylinder it will be totally responsible to all of you

I do not know Shri Agarwal personally
