According to a report on Times Now, Child Commission has asked Mumbai police to file FIR against actor Shah Rukh Khan for using 'foul language' at Wankhede Stadium post an IPL match played between Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians on May 16, 2012.
The commission has accused the actor for hurling abuses in front of children causing them mental suffering and ordered the police to register FIR under Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act, 2006. Also, the commission has sought an enquiry for not registering any case against Shah Rukh all this while.
Shah Rukh was alleged by the Mumbai Cricket Association to have manhandled a security guard besides abusing him in front of children. He was banned from Wankhede Stadium by the managing committee for a period of five years.
