On the eve of hearing of our case on Wednesday 25th March,2015 now at Serial No 4, we see intently tomorrow Daily Cause List,such plain vanilla Judgements by SUPREME COURT dismissing SLP by UOI is yet another RAY OF LIGHT of the positive thinking of eminent SC,the only hope for EQUITY & JUSTICE

We have to take up later ,after dust settles down on this KURUKSHETRA legal battle,eating into the vitals of all pensioners, though our case is solid & strong from all points of view

Let us pray same sense of empathy ,as is shown ,in the last few months by SC in many pensioners cases,whether OROP or others,& SC rises to the occasion to dismiss CAs with costs
