It's bizarre to think this, but these   
days people just don't walk enough, or even stand, for that matter.It's easy to let ourselves move from comfortable  
seat to comfortable  seat, from bed to sofa. But the act of walking isn't just a chore, it's  something our bodies 
are meant to do. When we do walk, the body benefits  in many great ways. You won't believe how much better it  
is to go on  regular walks.
