Supreme Court Order dt 8/4/2015-Implications

Dear Friends,

Further to my earlier post on the above subject, I happened to elicit the views of an eminent former judge of High Court on the implications of the SC order.

He conveyed that personally he was not in favour of raising technical objections because it would give an impression that our case is weak on merits.

He thinks outcome B forecast by me(viz.SC dismissing the preliminary objection and proceeding with hearing of Civil Appeals) is likely to occur.
