Message dated 7th May,'15 from All India Bank Employees' Association (AIBEA) reads as under.
"Workmen Unions are meeting on 8th at Hyderabad to discuss IBA proposal on wage structure. AIBEA Office Bearers meeting on 11th at Chennai. Officers are meeting on 8th at Mumbai. No date is fixed with IBA. C.H.Venkatachalam return on 10th from Moscow (Russia)".
Message dated 8th May,'15 from All India Bank Officers' Association (AIBOA) is as under.
"In the informal meeting of the Officers' Organizations with IBA to-day, calculations and verification of Pay Scales, data on Basic, PQP, FPP. HRA, etc. was done. Other issues like LFC, Special Allowance, Stagnation Increments, etc. discussed. Next meeting shortly."
