Matters pertaining to our Twin
Demands may be moving a little bit slow, much against our expectations.
But fact remains that we could not mobilize required amount of legal
funds to meet out our floor level expenses required at New Delhi. We are
not millionaires or big shots in the political arena. Else, we could
have engaged influential advocates in the Supreme Court and won the case
long long back. So, we have to admit that we could fix Sr.Advocates who
suit to our thin purse. However, it becomes evident that our present
advocates have braved the situations ably and brought forth our cases to
this level of near achievements.
As our leaders have put in, we may
have to face at least two, three sittings in SC on and after 23rd
September to clinch the desired results. Keeping this in view, every one
of us should come forward to donate liberally without any body's
further initiative.
Interpretations on 20% interim relief
on Jaipur HC judgment are pouring in from various sources among our
Pensioner Organisations as to whom the Order of SC applies & whom
not. Every thing will become clear at the end of the 6 weeks time
earmarked. Our Federation will jump into the scene and pass such
instructions to members based on prevailing situations. Till then let us
not contemplate on rumorous messages.
