IN THIS CONTEXT MAY I SUGGEST THAT ALL LEGAL EXPERTS JOIN TOGETHER AND ISSUE A COMPREHENSIVE STATEMENT COVERING interpretation & implications AND ALL POSSIBLE QUERIES FROM THE PENSIONERS RATHER THAN REPLYING IN PIECE MAIL

"Respondent-employees means original petitioners only and not all retired employees.
The SC has also allowed withdrawal of 20% by LIC from the Court Registry which means only out of deposits made in respect of original petitioners only.

Subject: Interpretation of the Supreme Court Order..Operative portion.
To: KML ASTHANA , RBK , Krishnaswamy , anandprs@yahoo.co.in
Dear Sirs,
I read the operative portion of the supreme court order of 7th May.
The court directed release of " 20per cent of the amounts
as per the impugned judgments to respondent--employees."
I being a layman take it to mean that payment is ordered for
respondents as also employees. Here employees would mean
pensioners.
The impugned judgments ( Jaipur etc.) speak of updation also.
Will you kindly ( after speaking to our counsels if necessary)
clarify the scope of the operation of this sentence? As our ranks
consist of many experts in matters of law, there is bound to be
confusion if correct interpretation is not forthcoming.
With Regards,
