: Our SC Case today.

Dear Editor, At the outset let me congratulate you post haste for the speed with which you covered the SC case proceedings by issuing 9 Bulletins right from 1017 hrs when the Court was to start the hearing of case Sl No.1 till our case (Sl No.19) was taken up at 1217 hrs and adjourned at 1230 hrs (hardly about 15 minutes hearing) to 23rd September 2015, long after the SC reopens after the 45 days Summer Holidays on 1st July 2015. You have rightly understood the anxiety of our fraternity about what happened in the day's proceedings and immediately published Mr Mehta's message at 1304 hrs which gave "some hope" to the waiting LIC Pensioners. I must thank Mr B R Mehta also for the swift reporting of the Court decision to give some relief to the long drawn out wait of the Pensioners. Let us now await the "actual order" of the Court which we wish should not leave any doubt in the minds of the Appellant LIC and give leeway for different "interpretations" to the detriment of the Pensioners interest as was done by them in the past.
