Compliance Supreme Court Order dated 7th May at Chandigarh
Dear All,
Just now I got an e mail from our esteemed Sh. R.B. Kishore informing outcome of his tele talks today morning with Managers ( Legal ) at Jaipur-1 and Chandigarh regarding latest position of compliance of supreme court order dated 7th May, 2015.
As a further follow up, I also talked to Manager (Legal) DO Chandigarh and as per my limited understanding and interpretation , I am giving below my version of latest position.
Legal Advice by LIC advocate here and being followed by them is that since a copy of supreme court order dated 7th May has already been submitted to High Court during last hearing of contempt case on 21st May and since the opposite party has challenged calculations of amount deposited by LIC so we have to wait for further directions in this regard from high court during next hearing date on 20th July
I again repeat that this is my limited view after my telephonic talk only.
