Errors arise in two ways:
- Mistakes by the administrative personnel by not properly following the existing rules;
- Errors not in following the existing rules, but due to anomalies built into the existing rules.
The LIC pensioners are the victims of
the second type which unfortunately only the judiciary can rectify.
