Re: pension like right to property

In the more recent  judgment  in  C.A. No. 6771/2013 (arising out of SLP(C) No. 1428 of 2009), Justice K.S. Radhakrishnan & Justice  A.K. Sikri have on August 14, 2013 reiiterated the same point in their judgment.
