1)It requires lot of mental stamina,patience & persistence to fup many matters concerning
pensioners.Last 1 week, I have been pursuing with SZO to close up a few problems.
2)It appears Trivandrum,Chennai 2,Ernakulam,Kozhikode refunded excess mediclaim premium paid to pensioners on June 1st
Kottayam, Tirunelveli,Salem are refunding on July 1st .
Vellore,DO I Chennai,Madurai,Coimbatore also will be able to refund on July 1st only
Trissur is yet to confirm.
Pardon me if there is any discrepancy.
2)TPA SZ has assured that all data processing is being completed, ECards hopefully will be ready before June month end.
RM OS had a meet with TPA SZ. They have promised to fully cooperate at all SZ Divisional offices.TPA Representatives will have the ECards distributed at DO level. I requested them to ensure Pensioners are protected,TPA shd reach Ecards by post to them,TPA can indicate the procedure of downloading ecard by those who have internet connections/PC at home or otherwise.
3)I learn TPA has promised that they will exert & go all out to fulfil aspirations to make Cashless service facility smooth,without hassles.
TPA SZ & all SZ DOs are controlled by Vidal Health services ,GNChetty Road, TNagar,Chennai, 600017.
