SC Bench Order 7th May 2015 JAIPUR LIC DO Measures & RESPONSE
A) I contacted Jaipur I at 955am.I was told by PA Mrs Nandita Chakraborty that Mgr Legal will arrive any time he himself will contact me .
A few minutes back, Mgr Legal Sri AKSen rang me up.When I enquired the position about honouring SCBench order, he started replying in Hindi.I told him, though I may be in a position to understand, yet on legal matters ,it is desirable he tells me in English,
i) Actually, he informed that JPR DO will pay to the petitioners, 20 % of amount deposited earlier.
When I enquired the numbers,he told me 19 petitioners only
I told him then ,they are leaving out the remaining petitioners.
He said earlier also, only for 19, amount was deposited
ii) When I asked him,what amount was deposited, he said app Rs19 lacs.
iii) I enquired whether they have already paid, he said No,
He added they will make an Application after the HC opens on 29 June 2015
iv) After receiving the amount, they will pay to these 19 petitioners, 20% in the same proportion in which original amount was deposited
B) CGH call came at same time.Mgr Legal will inform soon
