GNS' circular dt 20/6/2015
Dear All,
I refer to the circular dt 20/6/2015 issued by the General Secretary of the Federation of Retired LIC Class I Officers' Associations, uploaded in the 'Pensioners' Voice & Sound Track' blog.
MD might have informed that the LIC did not propose to refer to the Central Government.
Can we believe that LIC will make a single move in this case of Civil Appeals before SC without seeking the instructions(at least oral) of the Ministry of Finance?
