1) Yesterday, after I could talk to Chief Per, who
responded to me, even when he was on tour ,I contacted Manager ,Legal Jaipur DO
1.When I asked him if there is any progress in releasing 20 % of the amount ,
he told me, as per advice received from CO,they filed an Application on 1st
July,2015 after Rajasthan HC opened after vacation. He added Application is
registered with Court authorities. I enquired about subsequent action
contemplated by them, he said normally, they take a fortnights time to
release that amount requisitioned. After receipt, Jaipur DO shall disburse to
the petitioners in the same manner & proportion in which it was
originally deposited
2) I then contacted Chandigarh Legal Dept.As
Manager was not there, AO Legal was
attending Stores Committee Meeting, AAO Legal
,who is in the Dept for long years answered.She told me they are yet to take
action.I stressed that it was SC Bench order dt 7th May,2015 giving 6 weeks
time & that date has expired on 18th June itself.I told her we learn from
Chief Per, same advice was given to Jaipur DO & Chandigarh DO.She said she
will inform Manager Legal & will speak to CO Per on Monday 6th July 2015.
