Dear Sir,
After defence services, now one rank one pension for judges.The govt is to amend law.The long pending demand of HC judges of "one rank one pension" is set to be met as government plans to bring a bill(in the monsoon session) to rectify an anamoly as per which judges selected from the Bar get less pension than those elevated from state judicial services.This can also be used as a tool in our arguments.The upgrdation of pension is definitely going to be a reality
