Our Pension Case

Dear Sh Ramanathan,
There can be no 2nd opinion to whatever you have opined/suggested and desired.
Every body wish for a fruitful final verdict by worthy SUPREME COURT.
BUT as there are many a slip between the cup and the lip so are the legal intricacies,
which add to unnecessary delays & complications. In my  opinion, rather the worry is about
the intentions of the UOI/ FM WHO ARE NOT AT ALL  INCLINED TO HELP LIC PENSIONERS AND
HAD PLAYED WITH THE SENTIMENTS OF THE LIC PENSIONERS BY JUMPING IN THE LEGAL BATTLE
MISCHIEVOUSLY  AT THE FINAL STAGE BY PLACING A SLP BEFORE  THE SC AND SC HAS SENT NOTICES
TO THE RESPONDENTS. As a matter of fact this SLP  it is not at all maintainable legally, technically and
morally also and  should not be admitted by SC  but , but .... in case it is taken up by the SC, it will be very
unfortunate, and will add to further delay in final disposal of LIC Civil Appeals which are before
the SC Bench for final hearing. All of us have to continue to pray and hope for TRUTH TO TRIUMPH.
With best wishes and regards,
H K Aggarwal
