Thank you for giving the procedure to get the TPA E Card. I have got the TPA E Card both for me and my wife by doing the following procedure which is very simple and easy. I downloaded the TPA APP for my Apple iPad from Apple Store. For opening the App it demands ID with a note in the same page below to contact a phone No. to get the ID. On contacting that phone, we are asked to give the name, SR No. And Institution. Then the ID no is given instantly to us with which I entered the TPA APP and got the E Card in no time.
