Dear All,

I append here under the letter 

of Assistant Secretary (OS)SZ, Chennai sent to the retired employees enclosing there with

the E-Card issued by the 

TPA VIDAL and a brochure giving the gist of Mediclaim 

Policy 2015-16.

This is the real service to the 

Retired employees.

Do we not expect such a

service from our all other

Zonal Offices.

A majority of the pensioners still do not know the fate of

of their E-Cards.

Will leaders of all the pensioners

Associations come forward to take the lead in convincing the authorities of remaining Zones to help the pensioners

in providing the much needed

E-Cards.
